An Abnormal Day in My Life
It was a fine morning of December when i reached the entrance of the Basilica. It was not the first time I'm seeing, still the outer appearance of the Church itself astonished me. This church is one of the finest and most impressive churches in India and visited by tourists the whole year round. It is a place of devotion as well as a center of historic significance, endowed with architectural and artistic grandeur and colours of the Gothic style. It was built originally by the Portuguese and elevated to a Cathedral by Pope IV in 1558. I took some pics out and move ahead to reach the main gate. I could see several explorers outside and inside the Church. Travel guides were explaining the history and architectural importance of the Church and i could see how amazed they are, in their facial expressions.
